I enjoyed the process from the first meeting with Michael, through the design consultations, the survey, the excellent fitting and the flawless painting. Each of the people with whom I’ve dealt has been a credit to your company, and as friendly as they are efficient.
However, the way in which The Kitchen Company dealt with an after-fit issue is worthy of particular comment. Well beyond the call of duty, you called the fitter back on site at extremely short notice, in order to liaise with another company. The issue was not yours, but the remedy was due in no small part to your professional willingness to respond.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Kitchen Company, and would be delighted to speak about my experience should you wish to use me as a referral customer.

You said at the beginning that your men would do a good job and you were right.
All to often a spokesman extols the efficiency of his company and product but he soon let down by poor administration and shoddy workmanship. Sometimes too, the product itself fails to perform to the stated specification. I should also say that we are perfectly satisfied with our new kitchen.
Although everyone – the design consultant, electricians, plumbers, fitters and tiler carried out their work professionally, my wife and I were especially impressed with your design consultant, Wayne Gurr, who emailed a quotation, complete with CAD of the kitchen to us within twenty-four hours. He was also able to provide accurately to the millimetre the distance form our fridge to one of the kitchen walls after installation of a certain cupboard. His competitor failed abysmally to do either.
We were also impressed with a young fitter who came later to resolve a slight hiccup with sealing. He came on time, did the job and ensured that we were completely satisfied with everything before he left. This is what I term ‘true professionalism’ and genuine ‘customer care’.

It has been refreshing to deal with a company who clearly places a great deal of importance on customer care. Nothing has been too much trouble and, when various ideas and plans were changed this was accommodated in such a professional manner.
Tony who dealt with the surveyor was focused but listened to what was required, as did the designer at design stage. Martin who installed the kitchen was brilliant and, I have to say, so clever with his carpentry skills, with a very caring attitude. Furthermore, I also convey my compliments and thanks to Keith who toiled in the heat last Summer to lay the kitchen floor and returned at a later stage to complete an area of tiling that had to be delayed, owing to small building works. Steve the painter was brilliant and again, a perfectionist, as would appear seems to be the uniform trait of all your staff.

The quality of the kitchen is unbelievable and the price can only be classed as extraordinary. We had quotes that were double yours and I can assure you that the quality of units was not any better.
The installation service was superb. The two Andy’s were a class act.
Their whole attitude was remarkable. They were hard working, good natured, and nothing was too much trouble for them: as long as the tea kept coming they kept working.
I have had tradesmen in doing other work since they finished and all of them have remarked on the quality of the installation. You cannot get a better accolade than from fellow tradesmen.
